We are pleased to advise that as a result of dynamic development of AQUAEL, at a certain stage of growth of the form a need arose for increasing its manufacturing potential. This need generated a decision to construct another, modern, parallelly operating  place of business. in connection with the above, AQUAEL currently possesses in Poland two strictly cooperating with each other Development Departments, and two - among the most modern in Poland - Tool Shops.
AQUAEL can boast employment in these departments of more than 20 top-class engineers. To meet high requirements and sophisticated customer tastes, they include various specialists, necessary to ensure high quality of products and services. They ensure flexibility of our firm in view of market requirements and rapid reaction to mew market trends. Our engineering staff includes inter alia:
- product designers
- injection mold engineers
- tool engineers designing tools necessary in the production process
- electronics engineers designing and engineering product control systems
- electric engineers
- engineers - specialists in the field of certification pf AQUAEL products according to European and world standards
- engineers - specialists in the field of product protection against actions of competition - patent protection
- engineers - programmers closely cooperating with the tool shop, writing programs of numerically controlled machine tools
Each of them is a member of team participating in designing of new products, contributing his knowledge and acquired experience.
At their disposal, they have workstation equipped with state-of-the art CAD/CAM software:
- Pro/ENGINEER(r) by PTC (3D design, 3D structural engineering, machining)
- 3D SolidWorks(r) suite by Solid
- AutoCAD(r) suite by AutoDesk
These departments go about designing new AQUAEL products as well as enhancing already existing products. Injection molds, cutters, control systems and instruments necessary in the production process are also designed and engineered here. In general, new solutions are designed, which are later implemented at the tool shop and in the production process.
It should also be emphasized that all products have and always will be designed, engineered and manufactured with adherence to international standards, requirements and norms. All marketed products possess:
- CE certificates
- B safety mark
- safety and electromagnetic compatibility tests recognized across Europe - NTRCCA - according to the CENELEC Certification Agreement
- when sold outside Europe - certificates recognized in the target markets (USA, Australia, Asia)
For those concerned - AQUAEL is in the process of settling formalities necessary for purchase of a large machine for PROTOTYPING by means of ABS. This machine is to serve not only internal purposes, but also for external services.
