As we have already mentioned, AQUAEL possesses two large, modernly equipped own tool shops, which are strongly integrated with development departments described above. The tool shops employ state-of-the-art processing techniques (HSC, EDM), which allows for efficient execution of projects and designs created in the development departments, and thereby enables quick marketing of new, high quality products marked with the recognizable brand name AQUAEL.

In the tool – shops, engineers – programmers wrote machine programs understood by the latest numerically controlled machine tools. This way they transform virtual 3D models created in the development departments into a language understood by machine tools. Relying on broad knowledge and experience, the engineers use for this purpose the following software:

We have 35 experienced professionals operating top-class equipment for numerically (CNC) controlled metal machining. This equipment is used to make complicated processing of molds, blanking dies, and some product prototypes. All machines are technically advanced, but it is particularly worthwhile to mention:

Owing to the application of the above machine tools, complex virtually designed shapes are transferred to metal, creating tools and forms perfectly corresponding to the design. Using machine tools of this class, we are able to obtain 100% repeatability as to shape, texture and correctness of operation.

Thanks to these machines, AQUAEL possesses a decided advantage over the competition, both in respect of technological advancement of the tool shop and quality of the ready made products.
